Matchday Questions
When do gates open?
Gates open two hours before first pitch. The junior fan zone, food stalls and club shop are all running from gates-open, so arriving early is worth it.
Can I pay at the gate?
Yes — card payments are accepted at both turnstiles. Buying online in advance guarantees entry to sell-out derby fixtures and skips the queue.
Is the ground accessible?
Step-free access runs from the car park to every stand, with accessible toilets on both concourses and dedicated viewing bays behind home plate. Assistance dogs are welcome.
What if a match is postponed?
Tickets automatically carry over to the rearranged date. If you cannot make it, the store credit or refund is handled through your order confirmation — just reply to it.
